The founder of Charpia & Hammes, Attorneys at Law, Webb practices in multiple areas of law, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, Trusts and Estate Planning, and Probate. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina (2008).
Webb and his team recently celebrated their ninth year in practice, where he has been named a Rising Star by South Carolina SuperLawyers (2017). A South Carolina native, Charpia was named best attorney by the Summerville Journal Scene and Best Law Firm (2017). An experienced advocate, Webb earned his law degree from the Charleston School of law in 2007 and his undergraduate degree from Clemson University in 2003. Prior to attending law school, Webb worked as a disability services coordinator.
Outside of the office, Webb enjoys sports and hunting and is a member of Bethany United Methodist Church with his wife Louisa, son Lowndes and daughter Keels.
Roman V. Hammes focuses his multistate law practice on litigation, business law, and commercial real estate. He helps individuals and business owners find solutions to their legal problems. Roman has extensive litigation experience from case inception through trial. He has tried more than 50 contested matters, including bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and jury trials. He was named a Florida Superlawyer from 2016 to 2023.
In 2018, Roman returned to the Charleston area and partnered with Webb Charpia. He actively practices in the tri-county Charleston, South Carolina area and in Central Florida. He is admitted to practice in the states of South Carolina and Florida and in the United States District Courts in the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, the District of South Carolina, and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Christian Wall practices primarily in litigation, probate, and estate planning. He joined Charpia & Hammes in May 2022 as a law clerk while he finished law school. Christian earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2023, and is admitted to the Bar of South Carolina.
A native of Missouri, Christian received his undergraduate education at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin. Prior to moving to Charleston for law school, he served his community for over six years as a law enforcement officer. When not working, Christian enjoys exploring the Lowcountry – particularly the beaches – with his wife, Samantha, and son, Christian Jr. They are active members of Summerville Baptist Church, where Christian serves as a volunteer member of the technology team.
